Teddy would like to look up any public documents (news, contracts with builders, vendors, etc -- might be in microfiche in the library or in public records in city hall? They'd be easily sidetracked by any other recent licenses or news of interest, though, particularly wrt medical or psychological studies and/or military operations.
Basically: free reign on rolling the dice and telling me if Teds finds out anything interesting at all! She definitely knows how to use microfiche and old-school "look this up in a card catalog, which takes you to an index, which shows you which of these 20 omnibuses of magazine copies you're looking for" and has incredible patience for primary source research.
This will be before they get nabbed (and a great reason TO be) by the dear doctor so they won't be looking for him specifically -- but I wouldn't say no to any creepy shit about our friend Norm! Or really obscure clues that will take me four years to figure out.
