For the second memory (the one on the phone), is the voice recognizable as anyone that the characters would definitely have come into contact with (for example, if all the TD and event prompts were used)? Can they tell?

OH, one more, sorry, I'm the worst. Would Scout be allowed into the department store with Teddy or would that be cheating not recognized since the ADA and service animals weren't really a THING yet? (To be clearer about Scout's role, in case this is a bit of an edge case: Teddy is calmer and more comfortable around Scout, and Scout aids them and ensures Teddy's safety in the case of seizures; while she does classify as a service animal, she is not 100% necessary for them to function, the way a seeing-eye dog or a true stability dog would be.)
